James Jemmett-Page, Senior Consultant
James has an extensive background in membership, having initially managed membership at the Rushmore Group before rising to Head of Membership Experience during a decade-long career at the Institute of Directors, where he held primary responsibility for two national membership communities – IoD Advance & IoD 99 – alongside delivering a personalised and relevant experience to the IoD’s 25,000 members.
Mark Eichler, Chief Product Officer
Mark joined Cantarus in 2019, establishing a London presence and offering UK and international clients guidance on digital strategy and online community.
Prior to joining Cantarus, Mark helped build what rapidly became a leading online community platform for membership organisations as product manager and UK/ EU Director. Mark's earlier professional roles include managing technology for membership bodies and technology policy aide to US Senator Bill Roth of Delaware.
As CPO, Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Cantarus products, managing the product lifecycle and leading product management. He also leads the community management team and supports client membership organisations directly through consultancy.
Nick David, Principal Consultant
As a Principal Consultant, Nick helps new and existing clients understand how technology can enable their business to meet its strategic aims. With over 20 years cross sector experience across digital transformation and strategy, eCommerce website management, digital marketing, information security and insight, Nick adds a wealth of insight to the Strategic Consulting team. Prior to moving into the consultancy sector, Nick has worked across several not-for-profits and commercial organisations, including the British Heart Foundation, Turning Point, and Home Learning College. He was formerly the ‘Head of Digital’ at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

We were delighted with the breadth and depth of Cantarus’ review; they actually went significantly outside the original scope, also considering people and process alongside technology, to ensure the highest quality of result.
